2024 Pass the Impact Results

About Pass the Impact

Pass the Impact began in 2023 under our legacy name, Alaray Creative, as a way to give back. We wanted to move beyond the typical end-of-year branded gifts and create something more meaningful for our clients and their communities.

Through this initiative, we donate a percentage of every client’s payment to a nonprofit of their choice—no cost, no obligation, just an opportunity to make a difference. This program lets clients decide where to give back, scaling their contributions to match their impact on us.

By supporting communities where our clients live and work, we extend our impact far beyond our own backyard. Our curated list of organizations includes both state-specific options and nationwide organizations, making it easy for clients to select causes that resonate most with them.

Pass the Impact Refocus on Education

With our rebrand in 2024, our motivations for Pass the Impact stayed the same. However, we decided to focus on areas where science and creativity intersect and prioritized organizations in STEM and arts education for youth. We created a list of over 40 nonprofits across the country, giving our clients the chance to choose where their impact would go.

Client Participation & Response

Over the past two years, we’ve seen overwhelming support for this initiative. In 2024, 75% of our clients participated, and the feedback was very positive:

Nominate Organizations for 2025

We’re often asked how organizations make it onto our list. The qualifiers are simple: organizations must be 501(c)(3) nonprofits focused on education within STEM or the arts.

Beyond that, we rely on Google searches, recommendations from our network, and a focus on states where our clients are based, along with national organizations.

If you know of an organization in STEM or arts education that we should consider, please submit their information here.
